Refund policy

Bhc organics Refund Policy. Thank you for shopping at (Bhcorganics)! We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 14 days of your purchase, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it 

If you receive the wrong products, do not open the products. Upon your return, we will examine the products before issuing a credit refund or correct item after these products have been returned to our shipping warehouse. If you received the wrong product, you have 3 physical days to return the item from the date that the USPS dropped the package off to your door. Once your order arrived to our shipping warehouse, please allow our company 3 business days to resubmit and process your order. If our company can not fulfill your corrected order within the 3 business days we will issue a credit refund.
